Weekly Yoga Classes
Prenatal Yoga is an uplifting yoga flow designed specifically for expecting people! This specialty class will relieve tension in the hips and low back, and safely strengthen the muscles used in labor and birth. In addition to a soothing yoga flow, this class incorporates guided meditations and visualizations to connect you to your baby and promote a sense of calm, breathing techniques to use during labor, and time to connect with other parents-to-be.
Classes held weekly at The Network Yoga on Tuesday nights 6:45pm-8:00pm
A dynamic vinyasa class incorporating diverse yogic traditions and styles. Operating at a moderate pace, the 60 minute session aims to foster strength, balance, and flexibility. Providing a range of options and modifications, participants can personalize their practice. This inclusive class accommodates yogis of diverse backgrounds and abilities, encouraging growth in a supportive environment. While some yoga experience is recommended, all are welcome to join and enhance their practice.
