Reiki Offerings
Reiki is a healing system that encourages physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. During a Reiki session, energy is channeled through your body, improving the state of your own energy flow and allowing your body to relax and increase its ability to heal. Reiki can be booked as a stand alone service or as an add-on to a massage.
Reiki Healing Session
Your appointment begins with a brief intake and an opportunity for you to ask questions and share your goals for the session. During your Reiki session you will be fully clothed and lying comfortably on a heated massage table. The support of a bolster under your knees and a pillow under your head will allow your body to relax as the session progresses. As you rest, your therapist's hands will be placed gently on different areas of your body, sending you healing energy, and providing you a safe and supportive environment to help you achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Reiki Healing Massage Add-On
A 30-minute Reiki Healing session added to the end of your massage. Reiki can be used to enhance the effects of your massage and leave you feeling even more relaxed. Reiki can be added to any massage offering including Pregnancy Massage.
