I believe that birth is a natural, physiological process and 9 times out of 10 it will go exactly as it should if we just stay out of the way and let our bodies lead.

I believe that, at times, interventions have their place. I have seen C-sections save lives and epidurals drastically change the course of labor in a positive way. When used intentionally and intelligently, not all interventions are bad.

I believe that an educated birthing person leads to an empowered birth. Knowing what all of your options truly are, understanding the pros and cons of each option, and feeling like everything is a choice (because it is!) can make the difference between birth trauma and a birth story you celebrate forever.

The Basics Package
Includes:

Initial Consultation to ensure we are a good match

3 Prenatal visits to develop your Birth Plan, learn coping & comfort measures, and discuss what to expect through your pregnancy and labor

Labor support at your home and then birthing site. I am with you through your entire labor

Breastfeeding support for baby's first feeding

Light photography during labor and birth

A postpartum follow-up to address any questions or concerns you may be having

Unlimited phone calls, emails and texts at any hour day or night starting once you sign your contract through your 4th trimester.
Investment: Hospital/Birth Center: $1650 Home Birth: $1550
Retainer Fee: 50% of package cost

The Self Care Package
Includes:

Two prenatal massages between your 14th and 36th week of pregnancy.

One postnatal massage at 6-10 weeks postpartum.

Postnatal Care Package including all of my favorite products for the best experience after giving birth.

The Reiki & Relaxation Package
