Specialty Workshops

This blissful practice begins with a guided Meditation followed by a fluid blend of Restorative and Gentle Yoga poses. Bethany will lead you through a calming yoga sequence done almost entirely in a reclined position – laying on the back, belly, or side. Each pose is completely supported through the use of blankets and bolsters – allowing you to receive the maximum benefit of the posture, without any strain or discomfort. These fully relaxed and restful poses are held for 5-15 minutes at a time – encouraging a state of tranquility, while gently stimulating your muscles, organs, and parasympathetic nervous system.
